If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our coffee you can return it no question's asked.
Thank you for shopping with Martha's Vineyard Coffee Co. We want every customer to love their coffee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we're here to help.
Returns
If you have any issues with your order or are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or replacement.
Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with your return or replacement.
Replacements
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and processed, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within several business days.
Non-Returnable Items
